DVO has opened the doors of its Milan exhibition space to host the exhibition Animarborea. A dialogue between art, nature and space by Mita Bolzoni, curated by Eleonora Frigerio.
The artist’s watercolours interact with the shapes and colours of the showroom furnishings, creating a visual narrative that speaks of harmony and a deep relationship with natural space. The project explores the relationship between humans and nature through vivid, ever-changing images inspired by the silent rhythms of the natural world, unfolding as a poetic and contemplative journey through water, colour, interconnection and vegetal memory.
The opening evening on 5 February took the form of a true happening, centred around the poetic-musical performance by Mita Bolzoni together with the Radici Sonore ensemble. Voices, colours and sounds gave life to an immersive sensory landscape, making the entire exhibition space vibrant and alive.
Open to visitors from 6 to 22 February, the exhibition is part of the initiatives promoted by the Maroncelli District in celebration of the XXV Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, involving several galleries, exhibition spaces and shops in the neighbourhood.
The DVO and Sitland exhibition space is conceived as a dynamic hub with a strong cultural vocation, designed as a meeting place between art and design and capable of hosting talks, presentations and moments of dialogue.
