The Well Building Standard® - V2 takes a holistic approach to the issue of people's health and well-being.
It explores the connection between buildings and the impact on the health and well-being of those who live in them with appropriate design strategies through the performance metrics defined by the WELL® protocol.
The WELL® rating system is therefore based on performance to measure, certify and monitor building characteristics that have an influence on human health and well-being, through air, water, nutrition, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
The WELL® protocol does not certify individual components or products, but the contributions they can give to guarantee the requirements for WELL® building certification credits.
